Refund policy

Roots of Renewal is a digital ebook delivered immediately after payment. If the file does not arrive, or the download fails, email us and we will fix access.

If you bought the ebook by mistake and have not downloaded it, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the original payment.

Once the PDF has been downloaded, refunds are considered case by case. Write to tawanduan.au@gmail.com with your order email.
